Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within South Africa takes 7–20 business days. International orders take 10–30 business days depending on your location and customs clearance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier's website.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Some of our products are sourced from international suppliers and may take additional time to arrive. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@wildcinderella.com and we'll investigate for you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Certain items (e.g. personal care, medical, or hygiene products) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@wildcinderella.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once we receive the returned item.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email support@wildcinderella.com with a photo of the item and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us as soon as possible at support@wildcinderella.com.
My order shows delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do?
Please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll assist you.
